Coatbridge Bollard

The Bollard is manufactured in Black - Virgin - Medium Density Polyethylene milled to 500 micron especially for Rotational Casting. The use of new/virgin material ensures that the product is least subject to problems of stress and cracking. Release agents are used to ensure separation from the moulds with the minimum surface tension. Installation is simple, the Bollard is delivered as a complete moulding either the base 'uncut' allowing the installer freedom to install in a number of alternate ways into concrete/aggregate, tarmacadam or into a prepared concrete shoe. The base area collar may be placed level with the surface or buried just below the surface giving increased stability at the cost of 50mm height.
